{"id":2450,"date":"2022-02-18T15:04:59","date_gmt":"2022-02-18T14:04:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nordic-issuing.se\/?page_id=2450"},"modified":"2025-05-26T12:59:11","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T10:59:11","slug":"authorisations-from-the-swedish-fsa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nordic-issuing.se\/en\/about-us\/authorisations-from-the-swedish-fsa\/","title":{"rendered":"Authorisations from the Swedish FSA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Authorisations from the Swedish FSA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nordic Issuing is a securities company under the supervision of Finansinspektionen (the Swedish FSA) with the following authorisations:<\/p>\n<p>Authorisation to conduct securities operations in the form of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the reception and transmission of orders in respect of one or more financial instruments;<\/li>\n<li>execution of orders for financial instruments on behalf of clients;<\/li>\n<li>placing of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(Chapter 2, 1 \u00a7 subsections 1, 2, and 7 of the Swedish Securities Market Act (2007:528))<\/p>\n<p>Authorisation to, as ancillary services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>store financial instruments on behalf of customers and receive funds with accountability;<\/li>\n<li>advice to undertakings on capital structure, industrial strategy and related matters and advice and services relating to mergers and the purchase of undertakings;<\/li>\n<li>perform foreign exchange services where these are connected to the provision of investment services;<\/li>\n<li>services related to underwriting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(Chapter 2, 2 \u00a7 first paragraph, subsections 1, 3, 4, and 6 of the Swedish Securities Market Act (2007:528))\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Authorisations from the Swedish FSA Nordic Issuing is a securities company under the supervision of Finansinspektionen (the Swedish FSA) with the following authorisations: Authorisation to conduct securities operations in the form of: the reception and transmission of orders in respect of one or more financial instruments;
