Summary of 2024

Another year is coming to an end, and at Nordic Issuing we’re looking back at a period with both challenges and success. Despite a turbulent market, we’ve continued to grow and develop as a business.

During the fall, I came back as the CEO which has been both fun and instructive, as the CEO-role has changed a bit since I last had it a couple of years ago. The business is both more extensive in both the number of employees as in what kind of transactions we could offer.

We’ve had the possibility to work with new clients listed at the main market in Stockholm, which we see as an acknowledgement of our expertise and our engagement for providing quality. Having worked with 53 rights issues during the year confirms our position in the market with a 21% share of it in total.

We’re greatful for the confidence our clients and partners has shown us, and proud of the results we’ve reached together. Thanks to you, Nordic Issuing can continue to grow and take on new exciting missions and transactions.

We’re now looking forward to 2025 with excitement and optimism, ready to face the opportunities and challenges ahead.
