Nordic Issuing becomes a member and issuing agent of Danish VP Securities A/S

Nordic Issuing is pleased to announce that we are now a member of the Danish Central Securities Depositary VP Securities A/S, as the first Swedish issuing agent to become an issuing agent in VP!

The membership in VP Securities A/S means that Nordic Issuing can provide the service of acting as an issuing agent in the Danish market as well as being able to provide cross border transactions to a greater extent than before. This due to the possibility of issuing Danish securities on the Swedish and Danish market.

VP Securities A/S is a Euronext company – the leading pan-European market infrastructure.
