We Are Excited to Announce That Nordic Issuing Is Acquiring the Issuance Services Business from Aktieinvest FK AB

We are thrilled to announce that Nordic Issuing has signed an agreement to acquire the issuance services business from Aktieinvest FK AB. As of January 2, 2025, we will warmly welcome both the employees and clients of Aktieinvest into our operations.

This acquisition represents a significant enhancement of our service offering and strengthens our position in Stockholm, while also building upon the important legacy that Aktieinvest Emittentservice has established since 2004.

With their extensive experience in stock market listings, shareholder distribution, and capital raisings, we look forward to continuing to deliver high-quality services to the market and our clients.
