Arte Collectum II AB (publ) (the “Fund”) is a Swedish alternative investment fund that – like its predecessor Arte Collectum I AB (publ) – issues fund units in the form of debentures.

The Fund’s main investment strategy is to acquire, hold and manage artworks deemed to have a high potential for value growth over a period of 5-10 years. Unlike the first fund, which only targeted Swedish investors, the Fund will also be marketed to investors in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Switzerland and the UK.

The debentures will be registered with Euroclear Sweden AB as central securities depositary (CSD).
