Subscription with preferential rights

Subscription with subscription rights can be carried out in three different ways:

  1. If you have a custody account/ISK/capital insurance, you need to contact your bank or nominee and complete your subscription through them. Please note that banks’ subscription periods often close a few days earlier. Therefore, contact your bank early in the subscription period to find out what applies at your bank.

  2. If you have a VP account/Service account (000X XXXX XXXX), you will have received an issue statement by mail. To subscribe in the rights issue and thereby utilize all of your subscription rights, make payment in accordance with the instructions in the issue statement.

  3. If you have a VP account/Service account (000X XXXX XXXX) and wish to subscribe for fewer securities than you are entitled to based on the number of subscription rights you hold, you complete your subscription via Nordic Issuing’s portal “My Pages” (use the “subscribe here” button on the right-hand side of the screen). Payment is made in connection with the application.

Subscription without rights

Subscription without the support of rights can be done via our plattform or via your bank. If you subscribed with the support of rights, you may be given priority also for subscription without the support of rights. In order to be able to take advantage of any priority, it is important that your registration takes place on the same account that you subscribed for with preferential rights. Please note that the banks’ subscription period usually closes a few days early. Therefore, contact your bank early in the subscription period to find out what applies at your bank.

If you get allocation without the support of rights, a settlement note will be sent out via e-mail with payment details. Please note that we do not inform investors who have not received allotment. When we have received your payment, we will deliver BTA B to you, which will be converted into B-shares when the share capital increase is registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
