Subscription rights: Anyone who is a shareholder in the Company on the record date of 22 February 2024 has preferential rights to subscribe for shares in the rights issue in relation to previous holdings, whereby one (1) existing share gives one (1) subscription right. Seven (7) subscription rights entitle the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share.
