Terms: The registered shareholders of Aerowash AB (publ) on the record date 26 May 2021, will have pre-emptive right to subscribe in the rights issue. One (1) A- or B-share will entitle the shareholder to one (1) subscription right. One (1) subscription right entitles to subscription of one (1) new B-share in the company.
Subscription price per B-share: 8.50 SEK
Payment date: Payment and subscription shall be Nordic Issuing at hand no later than 11 June 2021.
Trading in BTA B: Trading in BTA B will take place from 27 May 2021 until the righst issue has been registered with the Swedish Company Registration Office.
The offer contains a maximum of 2,938,127 B-shares, corresponding to appoximateli 24.9 MSEK.
