Its process technologies enable cost-effective production of the bioplastic PHA from sucrose (sugar) as a raw material, cost-effective and completely bio-based extraction of PHA from PHA-producing bacteria with a protein hydrolyzate as a by-product, as well as cost-effective production of microfibers from feathers and proteins and amino acids from feathers or slaughterhouse waste. Bioextrax process technologies thus cost-effectively produce a number of different environmentally friendly materials, using cheap raw materials or waste streams / industrial residues as raw materials.
