Capital increase: The offer comprises a maximum of 1,376,146 shares and an over-allotment issue of a further maximum of 458,715 shares. The newly issued shares correspond to an issue payment of approximately SEK 30 million (excluding over-allotment corresponding to SEK 10 million) before issue costs.
