Enequi AB is a Swedish company founded in 2017 with the vision to meet the growing needs for clean and environmentally friendly energy on the market. The company grew out of the Gycom Group, a leading supplier of electrical components in Scandinavia. The foundation of the development of the QuiPower platform is based on over 30 years of experience, and Enequi currently has distributors in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany.

Nordic Issuing has acted as issuing institution for Enequi AB in connection with their affiliation to Euroclear Sweden AB and their now commenced journey as a VPC-company. This means, among other things, that their shares are now digital and the share register is managed by Euroclear Sweden AB.
