Kingspan Holdings (IRL) Limited (“Kingspan”) offer shareholders in Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB (“Nordic Waterproofing”) to tender any and all shares in Nordic Waterproofing to Kingspan at a price of SEK 182.50 in cash per share, according to the offer document published 5 February 2025.

Please note that if the shares are held in a depository at a bank/nominee, the acceptance notification shall be made in accordance with instructions from the bank/nominee.
