Skånska Spritfabriken is a beverage producer that offers most internationally and nationally award-winning beverages such as gin, tonic, apple distillate, and single malt whiskey. With local ingredients and sustainable production without unnecessary additives, they minimize the environmental impact and create new flavors of what grows around them. They are the market leader in the Nordic region for Non-alcoholic Gin & Tonic (finished drink).

The new distillery in Sandby will be Sweden’s most climate-smart.

The purpose of the issue is to provide working capital and create conditions for continued investments and enable expansion as well as to complete the distillery in Södra Sandby.

The offer in summary

Subscription price: 125 SEK per B-share

Payment: Payment of the shares shall take place in connection with subscription, ie the "first come, first served" principle.
