In 2019, Streamify AB launched a high-quality online-based platform for live streaming in e.g. e-commerce, the entertainment, music, sports and education industries. In order to finance the Company’s marketing and sales activities as well as further development of the live streaming service, Streamify carried out an issue of units at the turn of the year 2020/2021 prior to listing on the Spotlight Stock Market. The listing issue was subscribed for approximately 539 percent. In 2021, the company will implement a pivot with increased focus on the rapidly growing segment of live video shopping (also called live shopping). E-commerce companies can easily integrate Streamify’s SaaS service with existing e-commerce platforms to offer live video shopping in a seamless and cost-effective way. During Q4 2021, Streamify will launch a full-scale launch of its live video shopping offering.
