Subscription of shares via Nordic Issuing

1. Enter https://minasidor.nordic-issuing.se/.
2. If you already have an account: Log in and then continue to point four below
3. If you don’t have an account: Create account. Choose whether you want to create a profile for you privately or for your company. Type your social security number or organization number and your e-mail. Finally, select the right e-signature and press Sign
4. Now you’ve created an account!
5. Go to the tab “Offerings” and press “Show” to the right of the company in which you wish to subscribe for securities.
6. Enter the number of securities you wish to subscribe for
7. To subscribe in our offers, you need to fill out a KYC form (Know Your Customer). We as an investment firm are obliged to achieve customer due diligence for the customers who subscribe through us according to the Money Laundering Act

IF YOU ARE A BEVERAGE WHOLESALER OR MANUFACTURER:  Thornæs Distillery has a license to serve alcohol, which means  a requirement to report if a shareholder is a beverage wholesaler or manufacturer.
