The offer in summary

Subsctiption period: November 26 - December 10, 2021

Subscription price: SEK 25,00 per share

Lowest amount of subscription: 240 shares corresponding to SEK 6,000.00. Thereafter in even posts of 10 shares.

Issue volume: The offer includes up to 1,400,000 newly issued shares, as well as an over-allotment issue of an additional 200,000 shares. The newly issued shares correspond to an issue payment of approximately SEK 35 million (excluding over-allotment corresponding to SEK 14.3 million) before issue costs.
