Own Big Forest i Malmö AB to help out with the company’s affiliation to Euroclear Sweden AB.

An affiliation to Euroclear simplified means that a company’s securities are being digitalized. When affiliated to Euroclear, the company goes from being a “coupon company” to become a record company, and the share register is thereafter held by Euroclear. The shares become electronic and could be registered in each shareholders respective custody account.
