In addition to company affiliations to Euroclear or VP Securiries, rights issues and IPO:s there are multiple other corporate actions regarding which Nordic Issuing could provide support and experience. We always adjust to our client’s needs and wishes, which means we are able to customize the project you have in mind.

• As an issuing agent we offer a wide range of services, and can provide the following services amongst others:
• Split or reversed split
• Exercising of warrants
• Cross border transactions
• Public and mandatory bids

If needed, we could also support drafting other necessary documentation in connection with a corporate action, such as investment memorandums or prospectuses, project plans or transaction structures.
